The Renewal Institute was developed by Plastic Surgeon, Cameron Erickson, and his wife, Sydney Erickson, a Plastic Surgery Nurse. Through their professional and personal experiences with med spas, they came to find that many only cater to one demographic, offer fad or unproven treatments, and fail to provide a truly patient-centered luxurious experience. Thus, they set out to develop a medical spa that pairs consistent patient outcomes with a high-end experience that all patients can count on having at every single visit.

Meet Your Team
Cameron Erickson, MD
Plastic Surgeon
CEO, Medical Director
Dr. Erickson is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the prestigious UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He now works with Premier Surgical Arts in The Heights, Houston, Texas. His specialty is focused on breast, body, and face. He is most notably known for his advanced Tummy Tuck techniques and mommy makeover surgeries that bring in patients worldwide seeking dramatic results. Dr. Erickson believes that patients should be treated like family. If it's not good enough for his mother or wife, it's not good enough for his patients.

In his spare time, Dr. Erickson enjoys hanging out with family, coaching his son's soccer team, doing DIY projects at home, and catching up on his favorite shows.

Sydney is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She has been in Healthcare for 15 years with experience in primary care, emergency medicine, hormone replacement, and ENT. She got her start in Plastic Surgery 8 years ago working for a world renowned Plastic Surgeon in Dallas, TX. It was there that she fell in love with guiding patients through their aesthetic journey from consult to post-operative care. Sydney takes pride in being a career student and always researching new ways to provide her patients with the very best results.

When Sydney isn't working, she's chasing after her two children and creating honey do lists of home renovation projects for Dr. Erickson.
